  Words cannot even begin to describe the absolute fairy tale of a story that is unfolding at Taylorsville Orthodontics. I contacted Dr. Hillstead on behalf of a 13-year-old boy I came to know who desperately needed braces. His self-esteem had been entirely obliterated due to his severe embarrassment and state of his teeth. He once had been an extremely outgoing and talkative kiddo and suddenly became withdrawn, shy, and quiet. I mentioned this to Dr. Hillstead and told him I urgently felt that braces could turn this all around and could transform his teenage years and life forever! He PASSIONATELY agreed and took it upon himself to make sure this kiddo felt SO MUCH LOVE and got him so EXCITED!
  
  What I'd like to focus on aside from Dr. Hillstead being a PHENOMENAL orthodontist, is that it is VERY CLEAR that him and his staff, specifically Madi and Bre LOVE MAKING A DIFFERENCE in people's lives. I don't even know how to describe it, but from the moment we walked in for his first consultation, Bre met us at the counter, knew our names and greeted us with the warmest welcome ever. Madi then proceeded to give us a tour around the building, saying hello *BY NAME* to other patients getting their braces adjusted and making it obvious that patients are KNOWN, CARED ABOUT, and are LOVED here. Dr. Hillstead knew exactly how to talk to a 13-year-old in the most relatable, charismatic, fun, and warm way. On top of the already phenomenal service, there was some financial concern and without giving details, I just wanted to say that Dr. Hillstead and his staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that nothing would hold back this kiddo from getting the care he needed!!!
  
  You would not believe the difference having braces made in just TWO MONTHS! His teeth are already a night and day difference and he does not stop SMILING ALL OF THE TIME! I cannot say it enough, but THANK YOU SO MUCH for all of your help and all that you do on a daily basis to change the lives of so many people! As it's said, "not all heroes wear capes," but some of them wear scrubs and work at Taylorsville Orthodontics!
